Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Pinnacle Montessori uniform-ordering website, its school-pickup order experience, public support form, order tracking, and authenticated operations portal.

The store is intended for parents, guardians, other adult purchasers, and authorized school or production staff. It is not directed to children under 13. An adult may provide a student's name and campus only as needed to prepare and deliver that student's order.

We collect information you submit and limited technical information produced when the service operates.

• Purchaser information, including name, email address, phone number, and payment status.
• Student fulfillment information, including student name and selected pickup campus.
• Order information, including products, sizes, quantities, prices, order number, pickup window, fulfillment history, exchange requests, and support references.
• Support information, including your message and an optional JPG, PNG, or WebP image that you choose to upload.
• Staff account information, role, assigned campuses, and actions taken in the operations portal.
• Security and diagnostic information needed to prevent abuse and investigate failures, such as rate-limit counters, timestamps, browser or server error details, and a URL path without its query string when error monitoring is enabled.

We use information to create and process orders; reserve inventory; collect payment; prepare packages; deliver orders to the selected campus; send confirmations and status updates; support size exchanges; respond to questions; protect the service; maintain accurate records; and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not use student information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information. We do not store full payment-card numbers in this application.

We use service providers only for functions needed to operate the store. Their handling of information is also governed by their contracts and privacy terms.

• Clerk provides authentication for authorized staff accounts.
• Convex hosts application data, backend functions, realtime updates, and support-file storage.
• Stripe provides the payment interface and processes payment details.
• Resend delivers transactional order and support email when email delivery is enabled.
• Sentry may receive redacted error diagnostics when the approved error-monitoring project is enabled; tracing, session replay, and default personal-data collection are disabled in this store's configuration.

We may share the minimum information needed with authorized Pinnacle Montessori staff, the selected campus, production and delivery personnel, and the service providers described above. Campus staff receive only the order and student details needed for their assigned campuses.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for fulfillment, exchanges, support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Uploaded support images that fail validation are deleted. Rate-limit records expire automatically.

We use access controls, authenticated staff routes, campus-scoped permissions, capability links for guest order access, server-side price and inventory checks, signed payment webhooks, bounded public requests, file validation, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing the address below. We may need to verify your identity and retain information that is required for accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Rights may vary under applicable law.

If the approved policy changes, the store will post the updated version and its effective date. Material changes will be communicated when applicable.
